Assessing the client’s needs, lifestyle,and expectations for the space,while discussing the preliminary budget and design direction.
Defining the spatial layout and circulationbased on the site conditions and functional needs,establishing the overall design concept and atmosphere.
Presenting the design proposal,including layout planning, material selection,and the overall spatial concept.
Refining the design details,finalizing construction drawings and material specificationsto ensure accurate implementation.
Collaborating closely with the construction teamto oversee quality and details,ensuring the design is realized precisely.
